Custom Home Additions

Custom Home Additions are often the most elegant way to achieve the space you need while preserving the address you love. We approach each expansion as an architectural extension of your home, not an afterthought.
Our first priority is alignment-of scale, proportion, and detailing-so the new wing, suite, or pavilion feels as though it was always meant to be there. Working closely with your architect, we manage structure, envelope transitions, and mechanical integration with the same rigor we bring to ground-up construction. Rooflines meet cleanly, floor levels align, and materials are selected to visually and technically marry old and new.
Behind the walls, we upgrade performance: improved insulation, air sealing, and moisture management help the addition feel consistently comfortable and quiet, even in New England weather. Kitchens expand into light-filled gathering spaces, primary suites gain true spa-level baths and closets, and garden-level additions open the house to the landscape.
Throughout, we protect your existing home-careful staging, dust control, and clear communication minimize disruption to daily life. Whether you are adding a single room or a multi-story wing in Fairfield County, CT, our additions increase livable area, enhance daily functionality, and strengthen the overall architectural presence and value of your property.
